New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Westlight Windows Houston pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.

Meet the Houston Team Behind Westlight Windows Houston
We’re an independently owned and operated Kingswell location, and the crew you’ll see pulling up to your Houston home has been doing this work long enough to know that every house tells you something different. Some of us came up through the trades, some got pulled in by family, but we all stayed for the same reason: there’s a particular satisfaction in watching a homeowner notice how much quieter their living room is after a proper window replacement. Owen Satterfield runs the show, and the people below are the ones he trusts to carry the Westlight Windows Houston standard onto every job site in Houston.
Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been installing windows and doors in the Houston area for 14 years, and he’s seen just about every way a builder-grade window can fail in this climate. He’s AAMA-certified and specializes in impact-rated installations from PGT and CGI, which matters when you live in a city where hurricane season is part of the calendar. Marcus is the guy we send when a job involves a second-story opening or an old house where the rough opening isn’t square. Off the clock, he’s rebuilding a 1978 Ford truck in his garage and claims the patience required for that is the same patience required for getting trim miters right.
Elena R. – Senior Installer
Elena joined the crew in 2016 after spending several years doing finish carpentry, and the difference shows in her work. Her specialty is retrofit window replacement in older Houston neighborhoods like the Heights and Montrose, where the existing frames often hide rot, shifting, and decades of questionable DIY repairs. She’s manufacturer-trained on ECO Window Systems and ES Windows, and she handles the trickier door instillations we do with Therma-Tru entry doors. Elena keeps a level and a small notebook in her tool belt at all times, and she’s the first to point out that a clean opening matters more than the brand of caulk you use.
Dana W. – Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice on the other end of (325) 326-4211 when you call to ask about scheduling, pricing questions, or what to expect on install day. That’s not a call center somewhere else. Dana works out of our Houston office and knows which permits Harris County requires for window replacement and which manufacturers are running lead-time delays in any given month. She’s been with Westlight Windows Houston for six years and keeps the schedule honest: when we give you an arrival window, Dana’s the one making sure the crew actually hits it. Her desk is covered in color samples from eight manufacturer lines, and she can tell you which ones will look right under a Houston afternoon sun.
Jordan P. – Apprentice Installer
Jordan came to us two years ago with zero window experience and a background in warehouse logistics, which he’ll tell you prepared him for exactly one part of this job: carrying heavy things. He’s now in his second year of apprenticing alongside Marcus and Elena, learning rough-opening prep, flashing details, and the particular art of keeping a job site clean while working in July heat. Jordan is the one who ensures the drop cloths go down before anything else and that every old window and scrap gets hauled off the property before we call it done. People from the Cypress and Katy areas may recognize him; he grew up out there and still insists the best breakfast tacos in Houston are from a gas station in Spring Branch.
One Standard, Every Job
The Kingswell Way runs through everything this crew does, and it’s not a poster on a wall. It shows up in five specific commitments on every single project. We say the price before the work starts, in writing, and nobody revises that number at the door. We show up in the window we gave. We leave the place cleaner than we found it, which means drop cloths inside, a magnet sweep of the driveway, and no stray fasteners left in the grass. We put the guarantee in writing and hand it to you at job completion. And if something fails within the guarantee period, we come back and fix it at no charge. That last part is the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and the team takes it personally. Owen’s name is on the business, and he’ll tell you the crew’s name might as well be next to it on every job.
Why the Crew Matters
A window replacement is only as good as the person setting the window. The glass might come from PGT or ECO Window Systems, but the flashing, the insulation, the reveal, and the caulk lines all come down to hands and judgment. We hire people who understand Houston’s specific problems: humidity that rots untreated wood, afternoon sun that makes cheap glass feel like a heat lamp, and the occasional hurricane that reminds everyone why impact-rated products exist. The team you read about above is trained, background-checked, and uniformed on every job, so you know exactly who’s walking through your door. If you’re thinking about replacement windows or doors in Houston, call (325) 326-4211 and ask for Dana. She’ll get your written estimate scheduled, and one of the people on this page will be the one who shows up.
